WHAT SIZE DO YOU CONSIDER A ROOM?

We consider a room under 200 square feet for our carpet cleaning services. If the room is 200 square feet or larger, the price for the room will be different than the room(s) that are 200 square feet or smaller.

DO YOU CLEAN ANYTHING MADE OUT OF WOOL?

We do not clean any carpet, rug, or upholstery cleaning that is made out of Wool.

DO YOU MOVE FURNITURE?

We do not move any furniture off carpets, rugs, upholstery, or tile and grout. We ask that you have them moved before the technician gets there, or we will clean around the furniture. If the furniture is not moved before the technician gets there to do your carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, or upholstery cleaning service, and you still need to move the furniture, you will need to call the office and reschedule for a different time and day for the technician to come back.

IS YOUR SOLUTION OKAY FOR KIDS AND PETS?

Yes, the solution we use to clean, deodorize. and sanitize are all eco-friendly so our carpet cleaning service is safe for kids and pets.

WHAT PAYMENT FORMS DO YOU TAKE?

We take local checks (bank must be local, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, CapitalOne), and cash for our carpet cleaning services

WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM CHARGE?

Our minimum charge at QuikDri Carpet Cleaning is $100 for any of our carpet, rug, tile and grout, odor removal, and upholstery cleaning. Whether it's in Georgetown TX, Salado TX, or the surrounding areas. The minimum charge is the same.

WHAT PROCESS DO YOU USE?

QuikDri Carpet Cleaning LLC uses a dry carpet cleaning method called Encapsulation carpet cleaning, which is a newer technology method of cleaning carpet with minimal water and minimal carpet cleaning solution that offers deep, restorative cleaning. We use a special encapsulating solution with polymers to trap and crystallize dirt and grime. Our technicians then use special machines that have counter-rotating brushes that emulsifies deep dry and oily soils, which then the machine draws in the crystals out of the carpets. The drying process takes 45 minutes to 2 hours.

Our policy dictates that before any refund is issued, our skilled technicians will visit your location to inspect the issue and make every effort to rectify it. Should the situation warrant it, we are prepared to offer a refund to ensure that you receive the service and satisfaction you deserve. Refund is not given if QuikDri Carpet Cleaning LLC isn't given a chance to make good on QuikDri Carpet Cleaning LLCs work.
